Cyanogenmod 10, a aftermarket firmware created using Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean source code from AOSP is now available for galaxy mini users to try on their handset. The latest cyanogen-mod 10 nightly has many improvements and a lot of features additions compared to cyanogenmod 9 builds which are now discontinued. After a long period of time, Samsung Galaxy Mini GT-S5570 (a.k.a. Samsung Galaxy Pop or Next) users, finally get an update to their all time favorite emanoN rom. Yesterday xda-developer, parasmi, released final update of emanoN version 7 rom. Before this release the developer also released pre-final updates upon the requests of the users which was incomplete (many features were not working) as well as came with bugs that disappointed me to a great extent. However, trying the final build of emanoN v7 rom changed my view and I again started to like this awesome custom rom. With beautiful look of Touchwiz UI and awesome features of cyanogenmod custom rom, emanon v7 final build truly stands out among other similar stock based roms.

Cyanmobile X For Galaxy Mini or Pop GT-S5570 Finally Becomes Stable

CyanMobile, an innovation of the developer squadzone, is an awesome rom that combines the features of both AOSP and AOKP to provide it's users with rich features, tweaks and handy options. AOKP, an acronym for Android Open Kang Project, is a growing custom rom distribution for many Android smartphones. The name AOKP evolved as a play of the word 'Kang' and 'AOSP (Android Open Source Project)', thus forming Android Open Kang Project. This project initially started for fun by Roman Brig back in November 2011 for his Nexus device, grew bigger and better and expanded to many devices. As per the statistics published by AOKP, now there are 50,000 device running AOKP and similar 120,000 devices running unofficial builds (aka KANG) form AOKP code-base.
